  • Properties owners or condo HOA’s set a rate for electricity usage, making the EV chargers cash flow positive. 

  • Minimal disruption to tenants/employees (most tenants/employees do not even need to move their cars during the process). Install ranges from 1 day to 2 weeks depending on the number of chargers being installed.
